We ship items within 24 hours (except customized orders) after receiving the payment via Latvia Postal service first class for worldwide purchases. All packages have a tracking NR. We are not responsible for the delay of post service due to holidays or weather conditions, or any other additional international customs according to your country custom policy.

Free shipping in Latvia, during 2-3 working days after receipt of payment.

Deliveries are made only on working days - Monday to Friday, except official Latvian Republic State Holidays.

Refunds and Exchanges

Please contact me if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, I will do my best to work with you to solve the problem.
We will not give a refund for lost packages.
Exchanges and returns are OK within a week of receiving the item. You would need to contact me within that time to work out an exchange, or let me know of a return. Items have to be unwashed and in original condition to request a return.
No refunds or exchanges on custom work.
Buyers are responsible for all shipping back cost, so please be accurate with your measurements before you order an item
